Slow Cooker Brisket [7/25/2007]

Slow Cooker Brisket

1 medium sized beef brisket
1 cup cranberry sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 beer
1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Trim fat off of brisket. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over brisket.
Roast for 2.5 to 3 hours at 350 degrees or 3 to 4 hours in crockpot on high.
